Integrations
Your existing systems.
Seamlessly connected.
blankmile fits into your existing systems. Connect Visual Support and Workflows to your CRM, ERP or ticketing system through custom integrations and a general-purpose REST API. Your team keeps working in familiar processes, with service information right where it belongs.
From the service case into your systems.
blankmile connects communication with customers and technicians to your existing processes. Captured details and documentation provide the context for the next steps.
The integration is tailored to your target system, required data and service process.
Capture on site
Customers and technicians show the situation live or provide details, images and documents through a workflow.
Understand with blankmile

Microsoft
Dynamics
Built around the systems you use.
These systems are potential targets for a custom integration. We agree which data to transfer and how to implement the connection based on your system version and available interfaces.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Use service information in the customer’s context to assess requests and prepare further support. Examples: Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Connect captured information to your processes for equipment, service orders or spare parts. Examples: SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Ticketing systems
Continue working on service cases with the right context, from the reported fault to documented findings. Examples: ServiceNow and Zendesk.
Other systems
Using another solution or an application built in-house? The general-purpose REST API provides a basis for planning custom integrations. Together, we’ll define the data scope, mapping and transfer.
Turn service conversations into knowledge.
With blankmile and Empolis, you can use knowledge from real service conversations in your knowledge base. This includes specific problems, their context and the steps taken to resolve them.
Since we changed the label format, our scanner no longer reads the labels.
The scan profile still uses the old format. Let’s adjust it.
The labels are being recognised again now.

Manuals explain the product. Real service conversations provide the practical experience.
From product information to the next action.
Add guided processes to your digital product passport, customer portal or HMI with blankmile Workflows. Simply place the workflow link on the relevant page or interface. Users can start the workflow directly from there, for example to report a fault or submit a service request.
One link connects product information to a guided process. Customers and operators can start right where they already work.
Your brand. From the first link to the report.
White labelling and branding options give blankmile your company’s look and feel. Choose the customisations that suit your customers and service process.
Logo and copy
Your blankmile environment is set up with your logo and customised copy. Customers encounter your brand from the moment they join.
Custom joining page
The welcome page shown after opening the call link can be designed to match your brand on request.
PDF reports in your design
Your fonts, colours, fixed text and a customised layout make the documentation part of your brand experience.
Branded SMS sender and link
As an additional option, you can customise the SMS sender and use a domain you control for the invitation link. Availability may vary in individual destination countries.
Workflows with your branding
White labelling is available as an optional add-on with PRO and SCALE for blankmile Workflows. This lets guided service processes reflect your brand too.
Your own domain for Workflows
Connecting your own domain via CNAME is available as an optional add-on with SCALE. We’ll agree the domain setup and implementation with you.

Does blankmile replace our CRM, ERP or ticketing system?
No. blankmile adds visual service communication and guided workflows to your existing systems. Your familiar systems remain where you manage customers, orders and tickets.
Which systems can be connected?
Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, ServiceNow and Zendesk are examples of potential custom integrations. Other systems can be assessed using the general-purpose REST API. Scope and implementation depend on the available interfaces and your process. This is not a catalogue of ready-made standard connectors.
Which data is transferred between systems?
The required details and documentation are defined for each integration. Together, we’ll define the required information and transfer timing. We’ll also agree how to link it to the right customer or service case.
How do blankmile and Empolis work together?
The partnership connects information from real service conversations with knowledge management. Findings from specific cases are intended to enrich the knowledge base with the problem, its context and the path to resolution. Practical service knowledge complements existing manuals and documentation.

Which white labelling options are available?
Options include customised logos and copy, joining pages, PDF reports and SMS branding. For Workflows, white labelling is available as an add-on with PRO and SCALE. A custom domain via CNAME is available as an add-on with SCALE. Both are optional extensions and are not included in the package. The scope and setup of additional branding options are agreed individually.
How do we get started with an integration?
We discuss your service process, target system and information needs. From there, we define the right integration and implementation scope. Bring a concrete example from your day-to-day service work to the conversation.
What does an integration with blankmile do?
An integration connects blankmile to an existing business system. Information from service calls or workflows can then be used in that system. The required data, its mapping and the timing of the transfer are defined. One example is continuing work on a service case in the ticketing system with the right context.
What is the blankmile REST API used for?
The general-purpose blankmile REST API provides a technical basis for custom connections to other software. It can support the agreed data exchange between blankmile and a target system. The functions and data available for your use case are assessed when planning the integration.
Can applications built in-house connect to blankmile?
A custom connection through the general-purpose REST API can be assessed for an in-house application or a system not listed here. The available interfaces and desired data exchange determine what is possible. Start with a technical description of your application. Include an example of the service information it should receive or provide.
How does a CRM integration help technical service?
A custom CRM integration can make information from blankmile available in the customer’s context. The responsible team can use findings from a service case for ongoing support, such as the reported problem and documented resolution. For each integration, we define the information to transfer. We also agree which customer record it should be linked to in Salesforce, HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
How can blankmile support work in a ticketing system?
A custom integration can provide information from blankmile for ticket handling. This can include the fault description and findings from service communication. For a target system such as ServiceNow or Zendesk, we define how this information is assigned to the right service case. During planning, we agree the required functions and assess their technical feasibility. These may include creating or updating tickets and transferring status information.
When is an ERP integration useful?
A custom ERP integration is useful when information from blankmile needs to feed into processes for equipment, service orders or spare parts. For a spare-part request, captured machine and component details can provide the basis for further processing. The data transferred to an ERP system such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is agreed based on the process and available interfaces.
Do we need both blankmile products for an integration?
No. blankmile Visual Support and blankmile Workflows can be used independently. An integration can be planned around the product and service process you use. Visual Support provides context from live assistance; Workflows supports structured capture of details and feedback. When both products are used, their interaction is included in the integration scope.
What information is needed to plan an integration?
Useful inputs include the target system and its version, available interfaces and a specific service process. Describe which data should flow between the systems, in which direction and at what point. A sample case shows which customer, equipment or ticket identifiers are needed for mapping. Involve both the process owner and your IT team.
