The meaning of
In logistics, the “last mile” describes the final stretch that brings a product or service to the customer. With blankmile, that journey can ideally be avoided. Where a service visit would otherwise be needed, a space opens up: a “blank”.
Avoiding that trip frees up time and resources. It opens up possibilities: finishing work earlier, supporting more customers and improving customer and employee satisfaction. In a word: blankmile.
